WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“Each dish we were presented with was not only plated beautifully, but decadently delicious. It was evident the amount of care and attention that went into preparing each and every component and layer.”

“The farm-to-table buzzword has been tossed around so much it’s almost become cliché, but Bailey's Backyard is the real deal. Owner Sal Bagliavio developed relationships with farms from New York to Vermont and sources the finest, freshest items for his menu. Back in the kitchen they layer flavor and texture with deft hands, preserving the seasonal integrity of the food while highlighting their own creativity...From the ride along one of New England’s scenic roads, to expertly nuanced American cuisine…Bailey’s Backyard is an experience to savor.”

“One look at the menu and your mouth will begin to water. Everything sounds incredible with a promise of delicious and unique flavor profiles! Sal Bagliavio presented us with six courses (including two desserts!) And each dish was deliciously and lovingly prepared with great balance of flavors and textures. It was so wonderful to see which farm the various ingredients were sourced from. It made me realize that, this is not one of those places that may claim to be locally sourced (to get higher ratings) but are not really so in practice! No sir! this is the real deal.”
